We Are a Referral Service, Not a Contractor
Business Leak Detection does not perform any repair, extraction, drying, cleanup, or restoration work. All work is performed by independent contractors who are not employees, agents, or partners of Business Leak Detection. Any agreement for services is made directly between you and the contractor, including scope, pricing, scheduling, payment, and warranties.
Independent Contractor Network
Contractors in the network are independent businesses responsible for their own work, licensing, permits, and insurance. Business Leak Detection does not supervise, direct, or control how contractors perform their work. It is your responsibility to verify that any contractor holds the license, permits, and insurance required for the job before work begins, and to review any estimate or contract before signing.
No Warranty or Guarantee
Business Leak Detection does not warrant or guarantee the quality, timeliness, safety, legality, or results of any work performed by a contractor, or any representation a contractor makes. Arrival times described on this website are typical estimates, not promises, and depend on contractor availability, distance, weather, and other conditions. The service is provided as is and as available.
Pricing and Payment
The referral service is free to callers. Any charges for work are set by the contractor and paid directly to the contractor. Business Leak Detection may receive a fee from contractors or advertising partners for routed calls. This does not change the price you are quoted.
Telephone Communications and TCPA Consent
When you call +1-323-329-3586, you consent to have your call routed to an independent contractor and to receive calls or texts from Business Leak Detection or that contractor at the number you called from, regarding your service request.
